Recycling of woolcool insulation

Hi - had a meal box delivery with woolcool insulation. I know this natural material can be composted, but does anyone know if Ealing accepts these in garden waste/ usual recycling/ food compost bins?

I used some to protect plants in the garden during frosty weather.
