Paying Penalty Charges

Has anyone else had problems paying Penalty Charges on Line? I tried today about 6 times having done it in the past very easily. But it would not allow payment because I had to use Java Script!! I have no idea what this is.

As long as the website is legit its used to make websites communicate Your java script programme is either out of date and needs updating which it should tell you or you have it turned off in web browser settings. what browser are you using ? It will be in Privacy and security tab settings. For chrome being most people use it Top right click settings, on left click privacy and  security then on right click java script and select allow. If not chrome just google it for your browser of choice
