I've got a lot of past date compatible cartridges for the older Cannon Pixma.If anyone wants them free?

Ihave a Canon pixmar MG3150 which uses PG540XL black and CL541XL colour cartridges. However, do old one get too thick to use and block or clog up the printer if you try to use them?

I'm not sure. They look liquid enough. However if there's a risk to printers I'll probably bin them.Seems a shame as they're not recyclable.
