HelloHas anyone had any joy contacting Hounslow libraries?They've moved to a new online reader called Libby but it asks for a password that I don't know. ThanksBas

You'd have more luck contacting MI6 than Hounslow's library service, shambles.

Yes, I've recently found that out. Even the email Hounslow switchboard gave me isn't working :(

Hi BasilHave you tried contracting Osterley library, part of the Hounslow chain?  I've found them very helpful in the past and there's at least a chance that someone is still reading their emails:Telephone020 8583 5566Emailosterley.library@hounslow.gov.ukIf you have an online login, could it be worth trying to change your pin?  These are the instructions given - I appreciate this will be of no use if you've not signed up to this:To reset your PIN or PasswordTap Menu (), then select Log In.Tap Forgot my PIN.Provide your username and tap Submit.You'll receive an email with a recovery link. Follow the instructions in the email to reset you PIN or password.
