No. We're seeing fewer planes, but the ones we are seeing a bigger. There are many fewer of the smaller planes that serve UK and European short haul routes. The larger planes on long-haul are more intrusive; especially as there are a few old bangers on cargo flights amongst them, the sort of planes LHR didn't want when it could fill every slot.Although it's a worldwide number, rather than a London one, commercial flights in January 2021 were down 41.6% from January 2020. Heathrow is very rarely used for training flights - it's places like Bournemouth that get used.
