I second Capital Motors - Paul's a lovely guy.West4Autos on Wellesley is also good.They don't take the piss if you don't know much about cars :-)

Swan Autos in Colville Road in South Acton Industrial Estate (or 'North Chiswick Business Park' as they've started calling it!)

North Chiswick Business Park is just the new Ocado bit - they picked the name for marketing reasons and the developer (although a really nice guy) has zero connection with the area.The rest of it is (proudly!) South Acton Industrial Estate - or Soapsud Island if you go back enough :-)Swan is OK - used them a couple of times. I'd still recommend Capital over them.
