Furniture for upcycling

We have to move out of our flat for a few weeks so work can be done. I have quite a few pieces of furniture I'd love to give away that would make a great project or (apart from a small bookcase)can be used as it is. All in good condition and lots of life left. Needs to be collected on Saturday at the latest.I can supply photos and measurements if you message me that you are interested. Small and large pine bookcases (small one needs a good sanding down.)A small 3 drawer pine chest(bedside table size)A fantastic wooden dresser with lots of storage/shelves (comes apart for transportation.)And a beautiful handmade desk with a drawer. Needs sanding on the top and has a name etched into the drawer which can easily be covered/filled in.If someone wants to take it all that would be great or it will all end up in the dump.

Your best bet is freegle.org.uk (essentially the UK version of freecycle).  When I've posted stuff on there it's usually gone in minutes.  But I don't know how lockdown is affecting that - although it is within the Regulations to leave your home for matters concerned with preparing a property for sale / rental / moving home, which I think could be stretched to include your case - and that would include removing furniture.  I'd love to know how you get on as I need to get rid of a lot of furniture from my late father's house.

I did post stuff on there a while ago but the rules on there now state you can't enter someone's home to collect. It must be doorstep collection which makes it a bit tricky.
