Glitch booking slot Townmead Road

Anyone else experiencing difficulty in booking a slot. When I select my slot it asks me to select an option for each of the items I am bringing. In this instance garden waste.  However it won’t let me proceed until I tick an option for all the other items on the list. When I click to do this the only option in all of the drop down boxes is ‘yes’ so I I have had to tick yes to everything. There is not. ‘No’ option. If I try to leave blank it won’t let me book. Have reported but wondered if anyone else experienced this.

First time I was specific about my stuff but two weeks later when my turn came I had other stuff too.Recommend you book for everything - every time

Being nosy but curious - what on earth is Glitch booking???  Suppose I can Google it for myself so no need to reply, after all time is one thing I'm not short of!!!

Means fault in the system when trying to book.

Ealing resident here. We have to book online too but they charge for some household/gardening items you want to dispose of. It's a sort of extra council tax, along with the charge for taking away green waste from your home. How else are they to continue the War on the Motorists? Meanwhile you can wait a year for your road to be swept, drains are never unblocked and the trip hazard pavements are everywhere. Local services my foot

Checked with the staff at Townmead (they are always friendly), they know the website is broken.  It may get mended probably several months after the need to book a slot has gone

Can you take stuff out of borough?  I thought we paid for it in our Council Tax.  My daughters don't need to book in Surrey but have to prove resident status.

Totally agree, especially as there are only three vehicles allowed in at a time. I can't see why they would want to discourage anyone from recycling unless it's a H&S issue

There is an arrangement between a number of local boroughs (Hounslow, Richomond and I think one other) that residents of one can use the facilities of the others.
