Ealing was offering these at various locations in the Borough:https://www.ealing.gov.uk/news/article/2059/free_covid-19_test_for_residents_without_symptoms.. though doing vaccinations might now have priority.

it depends whether or not you have symptoms.Call 111 if you can’t access the official NHS Coronavirus website.
