Did you manage to sort this out? If not try your Councillors as it is part of their job to intercede with the Council on residents' behalf.

I think contacting your councillor is a very good idea. Ealing Parking are supposed to respond within 10 days but they are currently taking 2 1/2 months to reply to e-mails. It is a disgraceful service.
