I went on Parcel2Go website to find a courier for a mini dishwasher to be delivered from Middlesbrough to W4. I chose the Parcelforce 48hr option for about 24.00. The parameters were 70x70x130 and weight 30Kg. My measurements were all within that. Filled in all the details and pressed 'Proceed' A message came up saying my parcel was too big and offered an alternative. It cost about 16 quid more and I went for it. I didnt notice that carrier had changed to UPS.Package was picked up on time last Tuesday and has not been seen since. If I go to 'tracking' it says Package has not been collected yet and is not with the courier, so cant track. It's impossible to contact by phone and the two times Ive got through to chatline have not filled me with confidence. They just say they'll open a case. It's only when things go wrong that you get to see how good or bad a company is.
