It's been there for a few weeks.There was also one on the North side ("Now leaving the Ealing Sector"), but I assume it was LBE who took it down fairly soon after.LBH should borrow their ladder.

I imagine this is the same vandal we have had for a few years who persists in putting up painted tiles on the bridge or Sainsbury’s underpass ... recently with on-trend pithy pro NHS messages... I doubt the person has much room in their egotistical soul to really care for others.
