Letter wrongly addressed

I am trying to track down Kate & Stewart Murphy.  A letter arrived at our house in Priory Road, Chiswick addressed to them and I am keen to forward it to the Murphys and their two children.  I have asked up and down our street but no-one knows them. I have also asked our postman. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If someone has an account they are on https://www.192.com/

Another way, as I have used on one or two occasions, is to open the letter 'accidentally'. This will often reveal relevant details, whereby you can contact the sender and unite them with the intended recipient.

I realize this story below isn't helpful, but someone might enjoy it.Every year for the last 17 years we've received a nice xmas card, addressed to the previous owners of the house, with no return address. Rather than throw it away we always stick it on the shelf and look at it.This year it was the only card we received (not sure if that's because xmas cards are going out of fashion or just that we don't have many friends).

Thanks - I have tried 192 and have already opened the letter. Sadly no return address but gifts for their children, so that’s why I want to get it to the right owner. It’s from their great uncle and aunt.

Fiona, I've sent you a PM.  I think I've found an email address for Mr Murphy.

What was the outcome, Fiona? Any success?

It would be nice to hear of a happy ending.
