Seriously? Politics is not - or should not - be about personalities, it is about policies, aspirations and principles. That comment just highlights why we've got where we are. I have lost count of the people who've gone on about Johnson and how funny he is etc. etc. If I wanted a comedian to run the country I'd rather Peter Kay. The whole issue - is that people looked no further than all the grandiose and ridiculous claims on that bloody bus, and the absolute tripe that these right wing sh*ts still peddle about 'what the British people voted for'. Never heard such delusional crap as that, the British people hadn't a bloody clue what they voted for in June 2016 - it was in or out - that was it - no details, and to pretend it was anything else is a lie. Exactly the same at the last General Election - 'get Brexit done' - playing on people's fears about immigration, yet never acknowledging the advantages of free movement where our NHS, care homes and agriculture were concerned. The advantages for being able to travel all over Europe and being part of one of the wordl's biggest trading blocks. Smoke and mirrors. We've always made our own laws, had representation in the EU, and been a sovereign nation, as are the other 27 nations. Now we are lumbered with a bunch of toe-rags mostly promoted above their pay grade, and looking after themselves and their mates, the stench of curruption getting ever stronger. And all you can offer is that you like one member of the Labour party in an attempt to look unbiased!
