Sainsbury's managers name?

Does anyone know the name of the manager of Sainsbury's Essex Place? I would like to make a complaint and the only name I can find is David Mackenzie and he wasn't the person dealing with me (who never returned). Thanks!

According to their website the store manager is indeed David Mackenzie.  But he won't be there 7 days a week. Maybe the person you were dealing with was a duty/deputy manager who was in charge today?

Yes, that's my thinking...I have tried calling to find out but that's a waste of time as I just ended up going round and round in circles with an automated response
