Tier 4: CHR full of shoppers and roads busy with cars.

Tier 4: CHR full of shoppers and roads busy with cars. I guess trying to leave London. I'm just wondering how long these Lockdown will go on for? If people are making a scramble today to leave London which it looks like and transmission rates are sky high then the whole of the UK will son be in tier 4.Why are all the stores doing click and collect as isn't this encouraging people to go out shopping? Really from what I can see there are huge amounts of people not taking this tier 4 that serious. No police either. Zilch!!

What are these shoppers buying? All non-essential shops are supposed to be closed aren't they?

I have no idea. But it's crowded on CHR!! Not much difference than yesterday. All the shops are legally able to do click and collect, so guess anything. Personally I think they should just let people have Christmas and get on with as they are getting on with it regardless from looking.

Let people have Christmas? 35900 new cases today

Chris - 'Click and Collect' isn't people 'going out shopping'. It's people shopping online and then 'going out to collect' the already bagged-up and paid-for shopping from the shop.

I wonder if CHR's crowdedness it due to lots of click and collectors? :-I
