"Middle-Layer Super Output Areas (MSOAs) are a statistical geography created for the 2011 Census of England and Wales."Well, they kept that one quiet, didn't they ? Drawing lines on maps and inventing names to go with them ("Syon Green" in Isleworth anyone ?) while "Chiswick South East" ignores the obvious boundary of the A4 and goes from the Town Hall down to the river at Duke's Meadows, while "Chiswick North East" also reaches the riverbank and would look to be more accurately named Chiswick East. "In January 2019 we published draft names on an interactive map website to invite feedback and suggestions on our first draft set of names. This remained open until July 2019 and provided invaluable local knowledge to help us improve the set of names."Was anyone aware of that at the time ?
