We seem to only get post every 2 or 3 days, has the postal service been reduced or is it just us?  We normally get more post at this time of year not less but nothing yesterday or today, nothing on Saturday ...... I normally see our postman in the morning but haven't seen anyone for weeks.

I can only tell you that from what I've learned from my youngest son's experience with trying to get temporary work with Royal Mail over the holiday period - it's a wonder anything gets delivered! Omnishambles and then some.

I had noticed the same where we are  (Central Chiswick). It became apparent once Lockdown v2 kicked in, and hasn't improved since then (albeit just a few days).

My husband met the Royal Mail postman 1 week ago.  We had same issue. No post at all & suddenly 22 letters. Our postman (we live in the centre of chiswick) said, staff is of sick and they are more busy then ever because more ppl do online shopping. Hope that helps. If you need to sent Christmas parcels out, I would recommend to do now or ASAP.
