Post Office & Royal Mail - polite request
From helping out in the post office recently I've seen more customers than ever before becoming abusive towards my mother (where I have intervened) and Royal Mail drivers. Usual reason - with the last collection being at 5pm, arriving at near 5pm and then being angry that there's a queue or the driver is not being at their beck and call.I appreciate things are stressful but a big plea for being respectful please. The demands on the Post Office and Royal Mail are greater this year than in previous years - the staff are working tirelessly in the middle of a pandemic to assist everyone.
