I can't answer the question posed I'm afraid. I faced the same problem some days ago with a very slow moving long queue.Someone suggested using the shop in Chiswick high road virtually opposite the Italians cafe.They have some kind of licence with the Royal Mail to accept parcels on behalf of RM. They charge £1.00.

Mailboxes etc. on the High Road offer a great service, but the £1 charge per RM parcel is an annoyance.
