Mark Frost

Hi all - does anyone know if Mark is still employed by LBH? I've emailed him twice in the last month about traffic issues. Normally he is very good at responding but so far nothing. Thanks.

As far as I know Mark is about to depart LBH - although I haven't always agreed with him, I have always found him pleasant to deal with and yes, he answered e-mails.

He's gone self-employed and just started a company called Fern Consulting Services. He will specialise in Traffic advice and management services

Interesting timing, what was his involvement in signing off the temporary CS9. Its clear already what a disaster this, rats and ships...?

To be fair - officers DO NOT make policy - that is down to elected councillors. I well remember Mark Frost advising councillors at the Isleworth and Brentford Area Forum of the results of the consultation re closing Church St., which was overwhelmingly against closure, but members led by Ed Mayne voted to do it anyway. I do think some of our councillors could be a bit more diligent and pro-active and listen more to their constituents rather than officers, but that is down to them.

Vanessa was that the Ed Mayne, Lead Councillor who used to live in Park Rd Chiswick with his mummy and daddy?  Aged under 30 he ignored the very detailed person to person surveys against, pushed through the CPZ for that one street?    If it was, he has a great reputation for destructive rather than constructive measures.
