"I promise that all the cyclists will stop illegally using the pavements if all the motorists promise not to speed, and all dog walkers start controlling their dogs and clearing up behind them."Where are motorists able to speed - CHR, you know the road that's been gridlocked for weeks, or perhaps you mean Devonshire Road - that's be the road that's empty with tumbleweed on it as motorists wont go down it for fear of getting a £110 fine, or is it TGT which is now narrowed and speeding would be extremely difficult. As for dogs and there owners we're far more responsible, identifiable and accountable than cyclists, and if we see an owner not pick up their dogs faeces they're told about it, don't know where in Chiswick you live but I rarely see dog faeces or badly behaved dogs. However, on a several times a day basis cyclists on pavements and crashing red lights are a all too frequent occurrence !Tell you what Simon why not join me at the junction of HT and CHR at say 7.15am and watch the many cyclists break the law.I've issued that invitation to Ken Munn and his pals on numerous occasions, but a funny thing they've never accepted even though I've offered to buy them coffee and a bun - wonder why that is ? 😉
