Paul, thanks for that, as I feel alone in what I am seeing around me. This is not a lockdown that I am witnessing apart from a few clothes shops closed. Not that I want a lockdown, or being a Karen. I just do not see any difference from this Saturday or last Saturday apart from a few shops closed. But, most seem to be secretly operating opening doors to anyone that wants to come in with a knock on the door. I think even today from wandering around that there were even fewer people wearing masks. Even though I do not agree with masks. I just do not see the point. Either have a lockdown that is followed or don't have a lockdown. I think huge swathes of people in large family packs or with friends going out to purchase a smoothie or sit outside eating ice creams is not a lockdown. That's just on the street, the roads are also full with cars in long traffic jams. What's the point between thousands out today and those thousand or more in Central London being tossed about by the Territorial police a few nights back. There isn't as both people walking around in Chiswick is the same as wandering around in Central London. I'm not being a Karen, nor agree with these lockdowns, but feel it either has to be one way or another. Lockdown or no lockdown. As it stands it seems lockdown for large stores, but not for people. It's pointless.
