Virgin Media Broadband - North Chiswick

Is anyone else having problems or is it just us? The service status reporting pages don't seem to be functioning properly.

No broadband problem here, off Southfield Road. The status page says a TV problem, message is -Customers unable to manage devices on TVGO affecting IOS, Android and Desk Top users. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible.

Thanks. I saw that but everything is down for us broadband and TV. The status reporting system used to allow you to book an engineer visit but you can't do that now. The call centre gives a message that they are short staffed due to covid. Guess the only way I will get their attention is by asking to cancel the service.

Try joining the Virgin customer forum if you haven't already and post there with your issue. There are Virgin employees who trawl the boards and will pick up on people needing help. It may take a day or more but eventually they show up. Calling customer service is an absolute last resort.
