Running club or open air gym in Chiswick?

Does anyone know of a running club for beginners (5K) in central Chiswick? And as I am done with exercising by my self, do we know of an open air gym that's fun to do throughout the winter? Dukes Meadow or Turnham Green would be brilliant.Thank you everyone,Hélène

Just outside Chiswick but Ravenscourt Runners is a very friendly club with a beginners session at 6. 30pm - 7.00pm every Monday (followed by a longer session from 7-8pm). We meet at the gates to the park on Paddenswick Road.

Would be great to have some of those open air gym machines in CHG or Dukes Meadows wouldn't it.
