I don't think so. The report on this site suggests it could be shut until 3 November.

No, not open yet. As a result we had to drive all the way down to the Goldhawk Road before doubling back to get to our house in Bedford Park. And because of the traffic nightmare that is now CHR, this took us an extra half an hour.I really don't know how long this madness can be allowed to continue? Surely the diversion SHOULD be up Turnham Green Terrace?

No, Juliet, I can assure you it is most definitely NOT open! I had to drive to feed a cat this afternoon (thank God it was the last feed!). A ten minute journey took me 1hr and 10mins to get to Ravensmede Way at the end of the High Road and back along Acton Lane! The High Road was completely at a standstill. If anyone asks me at the moment to feed their cat, unless I can walk there, I will have to refuse, it's just not worth the hassle ! A complete and utter joke! God, what a ruination of Chiswick! Really, quite heartbreaking.
