CPZ and removals lorries

We are about to move house from a CPZ in Chiswick (Hounslow). The CPZ we are in is operational 10:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday, and it does not have marked bays. Does anyone know if there is a requirement to obtain special permits for removals companies and if there is a way to have the spaces outside our house reserved? Thx,  Karl

You'll need to apply for a parking bay suspension outside the house. They need 10 days' notice.https://www.hounslow.gov.uk/info/20104/parking_in_hounslow/1118/reserve_parking_spaces

Thankyou. It is unclear from this whether the application is to reserve the space(s) outside the house for the whole day (ie nobody else is permitted to use the space for the day) or just refers to the hours of the CPZ. I will research more.

Have you checked with your removals company as I thought they normally dealt with that?
