To your point, Jennifer, during the height of the first lockdown (as if Tier 3 isn't soon upon us) we did two deliveries on Hartington: one for a couple who had to cancel their wedding but decided to tie the knot themselves and the other, sadly, for a wake. From the shop we would simply go on Burlington and turn right as it is the quickest, shortest most efficient route. You know businesses. Time is money, less time on one thing means more time on another.This will no longer be possible.We've already seen an uptick in deliveries with Tier 2 restrictions. Why additional burden is being placed on any business at a time like this is beyond me. Also baffling is how all the relief money given to businesses like ours is jeopardized when recovery is threatened by schemes like these. Ultimately it's all our debt to repay. So either minimize it and expedite it, or prolong the agony yet to come.
