LBH and Clean Air.  Nope - no synergy there!

Not in Chiswick it ain’t .......

"Not in Chiswick it ain’t ......."And we can all thank LBH / Steve Curran / Hanif Khan / Mark Frost etc for that

Expansion of Heathrow was debated in the Supreme Court today after Heathrow appealed against the legal ban on a third runway at the beginning of this year. The debate will continue tomorrow.  If that goes ahead, forget clean air and having a good night's sleep for probably the rest of this century. This really important decision.  It is a virtual hearing and is being live streamed at https://www.supremecourt.uk/index.html

"Heathrow appealed against the legal ban on a third runway at the beginning of this year."These are just the directors desperate to stretch out their jobs for a while longer. The more they appeal, the more they can convince themselves they are needed and pay themselves fat cat salaries. Their lawyers are also laughing all the way to the bank as they milk the system with the appeals. The reality is that the airline industry is in rapid decline since Covid and it will take decades to recover. A third runway is not needed in our lifetime or our children's.

Are they all out in cars driving unnecessarily?

Philippa Bond ● 2214d

Yes they are!

Steve Taylor ● 2214d

Amazing that Steve Curran has been photographed with a bike.  I never ever thought that would happen.

Philippa Bond ● 2214d

Probably just a contrived photo and now he is whizzing around in his Range Rover or whatever it is he drives.

Steve Taylor ● 2214d

No need to worry .... as he said in one of the accompanying video clips the bike is just on loan.

Cllr Sam Hearn ● 2213d

I watched the same clip,  what he actually said was that the bike was on loan for a month (think it was a Brompton) and if he liked it he might get one.  Fair enough Bromptons are expensive.I do hope he goes for bike,  we need more politicians like Mark Rutte to set a good example.
