MacBook Pro Issues - Expert IT Support needed!

Hi There,I have an issue with my MacBook Pro shutting down without notice on video calls.  As these are with clients; I could do without it!Is there an expert in Chiswick (don't want to go directly to Apple and queue) who can look into this for me?Very best, Helen

I had this problem with my 2011 MBP and needed to send it off for a new graphics card; sent it on the Monday back on the Friday. Everything worked fine then. Try reseting a few things too. SMC & PRAM - just google those words separately and it will show you how to do them - very easy. They just reset internal management and order of things that often plague MacBooks and often sorts many issues out. Clear out caches if you’ve never done that, as if that’s all clogged up it reduced the amount of operating memory; therefore crash things out like video calls etc...

I’m not an IT expert, just someone who has a Macbook and has been able to sort most issues out when they arise with these great computers.

Iris recommended me to Karen Narsiff several years ago and she has helped me with my MacBook Pro several times including dealing with Apple help desk when this has proved necessary. Definitely worth contacting her.
