Apart from sense, Loraine, two other elements are required:1. The ability to see and react to the chaos that is occurring on the roads as a result of the misguided measures that have been summarily introduced into neighbourhoods.2. A willingness to react to the justified complaints of the citizens, voters and taxpayers who fund the council.Unlike boroughs like Wandsworth, Hounslow seems unable or unwilling to respond to either of these factors.
