I agree with Adam. My non-expert advice is:1. Check if an error code is displayed, and see if the troubleshooting section of the user manual has any relevant advice.2. If not, try switching it off at the mains plug, then switch on and try to run a drain programme.3. If that doesn't work, perhaps something is blocking the filter on the drain pump. Collect some bowls and pans, and follow the advice in the manual for cleaning the drain pump and filter.4. Phone Tony d'Souza on 07956 343 336 and ask him for advice (and book a visit ASAP).
