Boiler man thumbs up

Just wanted to shoutout for Chris Johnson who always turns up when he says he will, always fixes the problem and is incredibly reliable. I note Peter Earles has often had high praise on here previously but my dealings with him have been less than favourable. He didn't bother to turn up once nor did he answer my calls or texts to check if he was OK and still coming!

There is another thread asking for boiler engineer recommendations. It would have been better if you had joined that thread, so that your negative comment could have been seen in the context of all the accolades Peter Earles has received from appreciative customers, rather than being expressed in isolation.
