Booking BA flights with evoucher

I've tried and tried and tried ....the electronic response is ' incorrect info submitted 'Anyone know a number I can ring to speak to an actual person to make a booking ?

Is it a voucher given for a rearranged flight?If so I believe you have to book via ‘phone 0800 727 800

I tried to book a flight online with a voucher a few weeks back and like yourself the voucher was rejected and after a 30 minute hold through the executive club number the voucher number now mysteriously worked but be aware that the cost of my flight was more expensive than booking online! I have to say, the BA brand and once the best airline is finished, shame.

The way BA have handled this is appalling. You're right - they are losing even more friends.First you had to play "chicken" with them over who was going to "blink first" on the cancellation. Then if you blinked first and cancelled you got a voucher that you can't redeem because their lines are "too busy". As has been said previously the cost goes up because you are having to book on the phone.I am currently struggling to get a whole load of Avios from 3 vouchers back onto my account so I can book a long haul next year. No chance.If you couldn't have flown due to lockdown why not refund everyone? When I originally booked the terms said that I could cancel with small fee - but apparently the terms changed. Is that actually legal?
