Pub In The Park - refund refused.

I was a bit miffed to receive an email saying my tickets for this event had been "rolled over" to some new event in 2021. They refuse to refund me even though I have no idea when this event will be and even if I can go.They also claim to have sent an email on 10th July giving me the option to refund as long as I claimed by 31st July. I can not find this mail.Did anyone else get this mail or get a refund?

Hi - they did send out a notice that said they would roll over the tickets when they announced the cancellation. There was a button to click to request a refund. I did that and got acknowledgement that they would refund me in September.
