Insurance claim advice

Hi AllI hope you’re all well. Is anyone on this forum au fait with dealing with buildings insurance and an unhelpful neighbour? I think I know the answer to my question but the lady at the insurance company is useless.

Try to sort amicably if possible. Any neighbour diaputes must be declared iif you come to sell a property.
