Is that daily from 5pm?Or, from 5pm today Sunday, the bridge will be closed permanently until further notice to everything inc foot traffic?

Just seen on the news no cars motorbikes cycles or walkers but you will be allowed to crawl over.Crawlers are allowed but for diversity and inclusion people who are left leg and hand first crawlers will be allowed priority...LBH and LBE are studying this as a way forward for getting about in their own streets in the future

It has been shut to all traffic (including underneath the bridge) since 5pm on Thursday 13th.
