Your best bet for a map would be a reprint of an 1860s Ordnance Survey map. Alan Godfrey Maps are good, and you can buy them from Waterstone's or Amazon.Mills Row is on the OS map "North Hammersmith 1869". The survey was done in 1865-66, but a railway was built just behind Mills Row in 1868. The OS hurriedly added the new railway to its map, but didn't change anything else, so when published in 1869 it shows the railway going through the middle of an orchard! On that map, Mills Row appears as "Mills's Row". It's right at the bottom of the map; the next sheet would be useful to you as well, which is "Chiswick 1867".The railway now marks the boundary between Acton (part of London Borough of Ealing) and Chiswick (part of L. B. Hounslow). Acton Green is north of the railway; Mills Row is in Chiswick. The railway is part of the District Line's Richmond branch (London Underground).https://www.amazon.co.uk/North-Hammersmith-1869-London-Ordnance/dp/1841516260/ref=sr_1_5https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chiswick-1867-London-Sheet-S/dp/1841516171/ref=sr_1_3This is the relevant part of the 1869 map:
