Devonshire Road
Forced last evening to walk into the road due to placement of tables outside the pizza place, stayed in the road to avoid the group outside tamp to then have to jump back in to avoid the delivery driver riding at speed up the wrong way, only for him to stop at the pizza place to be handed pizza boxes for delivering very. Have I missed something or are there rule changes again ?
