Witness to car damaged on Spencer Road 20/7
Someone hit my friends car while it was parked outside 1Spencer Road on the evening of the 20/7. Someone kindly left a note with the reg of the van that did it but did not leave their name or contact details. She can’t get the guilty party to pay until she can produce a witness. If you left the note please can you pm me? Thank you
