Just thought i'd put mu experience of Chiswick Halfords this week, they do appear understaffed but I had saved for a an expensive product I was excited to purchase, bought it got home & the item was second hand scratched & already charged after the third attempt to get the right item as there was a specific thing i needed it for so I got the more expensive version of it & they kindly gave me a reduced price for me trouble but I have seen youtube vids of the unwrapping of the product & there is a seal/tape that comes with the product which did not come with mine leading me to think this was not also a fresh out of the box item (again) it did charge but I wanted to put out there that if you're paying top whack for an Item at Halford's it should be box fresh not fiddled with or used, the item does come with a year warranty so we shall see if I was sold a return item & told/sold it as brand new.
