Problem applying for an Ealing Residents Parking Permit

Evening. I am trying to apply for a new residents parking permit, and have successfully set up a new account on the Ealing website. However when I get to the part where you actually apply for the permit (clicking on the blue 'apply' button), I get a message saying 'an error occurred while processing your request'.I have done all the usual - refreshed the page, gone out and then back in again, logged out and back in, etc. and I am still getting the same message. I need to get a permit sorted by Wednesday, ideally - has anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Had a similar thing with Hounslow. Perhaps phone the council? If it's Serco they may have a different log in...

Thanks for your suggestions so far, although I fear trying to call or email at the present time is going to be impossible. Or rather, getting a response will be impossible!

Why do you think that emailing your Councillors will be impossible?  You just posted online.  Council meetings are now online.  Your Councillors should know who to contact and who to alert if part of the Council website is not working and will also have received emails no doubt if that is the case from other frustrated residents.
