The Integrated Care Partnership

This is a very grand sounding title but what is it actually going to do?   I think it is replacing the current Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group (HoCCG).    So far as I can see the existing body dictates how, when and who you will see and makes the appointment - you either turn up or start again!   3 times I was referred to Heart of Hounslow - had to look up to see where it was.  Travel from Grove Park for the "dot and carry one" brigade not easy - car seemed the easiest but parking not that plentiful!   Why does some faceless person sitting at a computer miles away from me know best?

Don't you mean "think they know best".  They obviously need some practical experience away from the computer.

I was ment to go on a 6 month NHS course, I had to give my Chiswick post code to find one near me, At first I was given Guildford, then a place I had never heard of. So after a rather heated discussion They finally found a place in Brook Green Hammersmith. So I excepted the place, then I was phone up to see if Chiswick Town Hall was near enough. Ok I give in, yes please. Then lock down started,
