I suggest you try google and YouTube firstOtherwise your be paying out some money for someone to problem solve a sofware/hardware issue which it sounds like

Julian may be right, if it's just something wrong with your printer.  Something went wrong with my own printer a couple of months ago and I realised the best option was to buy a new one.But if it's anything to do with your computer, Eddie is brilliant.
