HELP! Lost Hearing Aid

My elderly mum has lost one of her hearing aids this afternoon.  She walked up Turnham Green Terrace, along the High Road to Boots and back over the Rocks Lane side of the green to Turnham Green Station.  If anyone finds it, please can they let me know.  Long shot I know, but she is lost without it!

Someone may have handed it it in one of the shops.  It must be worth taking a 'Lost' note to Boots and asking so that they can contact you if it is found.

If you haven't already done so I can suggest you put your telephone number on your hearing aid so you can be contacted if you lose them again.

I retraced her steps and popped into everywhere she stopped, but alas no news.  I knew it was a long shot, but thought it worth trying.  Good idea about the telephone number, thank you.

And also make sure your, or somebody's, mobile number is on your house keys and again on your car keys.

Also it just may not have been lost exactly where she thinks it was.  Earrings are things I lose - tangled in scarves, down my front, inside trouser turn-ups and attached to jumpers and after retracing steps just right where I got out of the car. Sometimes you are extremely lucky and sometimes you are not. :(  If you haven't left your number if it is found later there will be n way of contacting you.  People often take found spectacles to the nearest opticians - not sure about hearing aids.

I found hearing aid on pavement outside spec savers by the bicycle racks. Could it be your mothers?
