Report problem next day get email it’s sorted, but the rubbish is still hadn’t been collected or cleared.Anyone else getting this.

Fix my street app works pretty well. The only issue seems to be when Hounslow Highways get the notification and it should have gone to the council for some demarkation reason or another. HH forward the email generated by the app to the council customer services email. HH mark it as complete on the app. Council customer services response tends to be somewhat hit and miss, so the problem may remain. HH do tend to cc you on the email so you at least see something has happened. I suspect maybe the same is happening on the app you're using. Might be worth trying fixmystreet app instead though.

I have had neither acknowledgment nor any action from a report made three weeks ago on the app.
