Hounslow residents Parking permits

Does anyone know if residents parking permits are operating properly and being reissued in a timely manner?- no renewal reminder has been received even though it is now an online service. Anyone get a reminder since lockdown?

Can’t remember whether we had a reminder but we renewed ours inMay and the replacement came through within a wee of applying.

My permit runs out today.  I had an email reminder 4 weeks ago, applied for a renewal, had a prompt phone call to get credit card details, and received the new permit in a few days.If you haven't received a reminder, check your spam folders.

We had reminders a month before.  I had registered with Hounslow last year which meant that I checked in on line, paid by CC.  Both permits arrived in a week to 10 days.
