Ealing Council Residents Parking Permit

Again I am struggling to renew this, for my computer illiterate husband.   I am sure I know of the User Name because it is his name, I was 99% sure of the password but I got an error message.  I clicked on forgot my password just in case, I got sent a new password, which I cut and pasted and still no joy.  Any advice please.  I just found an e-mail that says it was due to renew in April.  I missed the e-mail, because I had to set up an e-mail account specifically for his permit renewal but forgot to check it because this is all its used for.  No excuse I'm sure but there you are.  No parking ticket as yet, which is weird.

Thank you Gary, I have e-mailed them but not sure how long it will take to hear back from them.  I managed one of our permits last year, but not the other, can't remember which and they said they couldn't understand the problem.  I think I paid over the telephone on that occasion, but never got to the bottom of it.
