Knitting patterns

Could anyone help? I’m trying to get knitting patterns I can mail to a friend who is shielding. Ideally newborn / matinee coats, but the main issue is that they need to be scanned in and e mailed.I know it’s a long shot but she’d be so grateful.

There is a fabulous knitting site with plenty of knitting patterns for free or purchase. You sign up for the site but it costs nothing and is very user friendly. Ravelry.com is the site, hope this helps.

I agree with Audrey. Ravelry website is fantastic. This last Winter, I knitted two pair of gloves and two scarves using patterns from the site - all free.

Well signing on to Ravelry today I found it has all changed! All the changes are supposed to make things easier for everyone. I personally have no problem with the changes but oh dear, so many comments bashing all the hard work this new set up has taken. Nice to hear someone else has had great pleasure from this knitting community, long may it continue.
