Chiswick Farmers' Market

Credit where it's due- I went as soon as it opened this morning- proper social distancing, quick queue, lots of friendly, much-missed faces and the first English cherries. Very glad to see them all back,

Yes - I went straight to the Kent fruit people - such great produce. And lots of people on bikes - so lovely to see children cycling. Once proper traffic measures are brought in more will be encouraged to do the same.

Thanks Mark and thanks to Hounslow enforcement team, who provided advice on the layout.People queuing were patient and good humoured, which made marshalling a pleasant experience.The stall holders were really pleased to see old faces and some new ones. All in all a good day. And we raised £353 for Chiswick School Breakfast Club.
